Import from Airbnb
Paste your Airbnb iCal link so GapNights can check your calendar daily. Every day at 1 PM we pull your iCal feed to detect any last-minute bookings or blocked dates. Your GapNights listing goes live at 1 PM each day for any available gap nights. Find your iCal link in Airbnb → Your listing → Availability → Connect calendars → Copy link.
One-way sync: Airbnb remains your source of truth. We only read availability; we never write back to your calendar.
Pricing
GapNights pricing is calculated automatically from your Airbnb nightly rate. Night 1 (tonight) = 75% off, Night 2 = 50% off, Night 3 = 25% off (with minimums). You don't set separate GapNights rates - we use your existing rate to compute gap-night prices so guests see deep discounts and you still earn on otherwise-empty nights.
Locked rules (all hosts)
These rules apply to every GapNights listing. They keep wear and tear low and ensure a consistent, safe experience.
Max adults = 2
GapNights listings are capped at two adult guests. When you've permitted children under 16, up to 3 children can stay - or your max guest limit, whichever is lower.
No visitors
Only confirmed guests may enter the property during a stay. This ensures security and accountability for every person on-site.
No parties
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. GapNights enforces a quiet-stay policy to protect your home and neighbours.
Auto-approval (120 min)
If you don't respond to a booking request within 120 minutes, GapNights will automatically confirm it. This keeps the guest experience fast and reliable.
Daily iCal sync at 1 PM
GapNights pulls your Airbnb iCal feed every day at 1 PM to check for new bookings or blocked-out dates. Your GapNights listing goes live at 1 PM each day for any available gap nights.
What you acknowledge
- GapNights may auto-confirm stays after 120 minutes if you don't respond.
- GapNights pricing is calculated from your Airbnb nightly rate; cleaning fee is set by you.
- GapNights syncs your Airbnb calendar (iCal) daily at 1 PM and only lists available gap nights.
- You can turn off your GapNights listing at any time.
